We are looking for an experienced Integrated Producer to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of advertising and branded content, from client brief through to final delivery. This is a senior, project‑led role within our brand and campaign department. You will sit between the ECD and the wider project team, taking full ownership across every project you own — creative output, team performance, budget, and schedule. You will lead a concentrated dedicated team of creatives and AI specialists who will be working on concurrent global ad campaigns. Particle6 is an AI‑first production company. Some projects are 100% AI‑generated; others blend AI with traditional production methods. You will be expected to understand, direct, and make confident decisions within AI production workflows through upskilling from your previous producer responsibilities and prior experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full production lifecycle across campaigns, from client brief and ideation through to delivery, with creative as well as practical input based on your prior experience working on brand campaigns.
- Overseeing production workflows and output, ensuring all work meets the required creative standard and budget.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication across the wider production team.
- Ensuring all assets, clearances and materials required for each project are in place.
- Applying a sharp creative eye across all work — knowing the difference between a good concept and a great one, and always looking to push the boundaries creatively on ambitious projects.
- Staying close to culture, brands and emerging trends, and bringing that awareness into how campaigns are shaped and positioned.
- Managing multiple creative workstreams simultaneously, keeping quality high and priorities clear.
- Supporting clients in developing their ideas while keeping the work anchored to the brief and the brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a production role delivering advertising or brand‑based content.
- A strong understanding of production and post‑production workflows.
- Experience managing and coordinating teams across a project.
- A demonstrable and genuine drive to work with AI tools and push what they can produce — we are not looking for passive interest, but active engagement.
- Someone who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure and keeps the workflow moving.
Desirable
- Experience working at or alongside a creative or advertising agency.
- Expert level knowledge of AI content generation tools and workflows, with a track record of using them to deliver commercial work.
- Experience managing client relationships directly, not just internal production.
- An understanding of brand and campaign strategy as it relates to production decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies and third party suppliers.
The Package
- Location: Hybrid
- Duration: Full‑time
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Start Date: ASAP
- Compensation: DOE
