b Overview /b p In this Graphic Designer role, you will craft visually compelling campaigns for a diverse client base within a fast-paced creative department. This is an opportunity to drive creative excellence in a dynamic, multicultural setting and grow your skills through varied projects. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salary /li li IPA membership /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Create and develop innovative graphic designs across a range of media and software /li li Align designs with brand standards and client expectations through stakeholder input /li li Manage multiple projects (often 5+) independently and with marketing teams, meeting deadlines and budgets /li li Identify process inefficiencies and implement design improvements /li li Update and maintain internal design, photography, and video databases /li li Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and strategize materials (web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, marketing collateral) /li li Translate strategic direction into cohesive visual concepts within an established brand identity /li li Oversee design and uploading processes for project materials using a content management system /li li Apply trend insights and market knowledge to design work for specific classifications /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency /li li Proficiency with design software: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver /li li Excellent communication and presentation skills /li li Strong organizational and time-management abilities /li li Ability to work both independently and in a team environment /li li Proficiency with photo-editing software /li li Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline /li li Experience with content management systems and handling multiple projects simultaneously /li /ul ul li creative and initiative-driven /li li collaborative mindset /li li strong communication and presentation /li li Illustrator /li li InDesign /li li Photoshop /li /ul
