Job overview
We are seeking a part time Medical Photographer to join our Media Studio’s photography team, producing high quality medical and ophthalmic photography for the Trust and its partner organisations on the Biomedical Campus.
You will be expected to work on site and also in clinics off site to help the expansion of our new Teledermatology service.
Media Studio is a modern department providing a comprehensive medical illustration service in a dynamic and expanding environment.
The clinical photography team photographs a large number of patients in our studios, and in wards and departments in the hospital and off the site. Media Studio also provides video production, graphic design and print services in a friendly, collaborative and productive environment.
Main duties of the job
Duties primarily are clinical and ophthalmic photography. You will ideally have a degree in clinical photography or equivalent qualification and/ or experience, be proficient in the use of current photographic equipment and image processing software, and be able to demonstrate good photographic skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
