Results-driven finance professional with experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Skilled in leading finance operations, improving processes, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a finance business partner to PDS business and project teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations to stakeholders
- Prepare management MIS, dashboards, and financial presentations
- Support project-level financial tracking including revenue, costs, billing, and margins
- Assist in pricing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Engage with multiple internal stakeholders including operations, sales, HR, and central finance
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting timelines
Experience Requirement
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting
- Experience in project-based, professional services, consulting, or real estate environments is advantageous
Key Skills & Capabilities (Mandatory)
- Strong financial analysis and business understanding
- Advanced Excel skills (financial models, data analysis, MIS, dashboards)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create structured, senior-management-ready presentations
- Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Academic Qualifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent finance qualification preferred
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience and demonstrated skills will be considered regardless of formal qualifications.
