The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, resilient and flexible Local Authority Licensing Team. We are looking for a motivated forward-thinking person who is able to provide excellent customer service and produce accurate documentation using the Council’s recording systems. You will need to be enthusiastic with a professional outlook, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure with competing deadlines.

Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of service users from senior managers, elected members to members of the public. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, Local Authority document management systems. Have an appreciation and working knowledge of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection. Able to work as part of a team and be calm, empathetic and supportive.
