About the Role
- Salary: £32,597–£34,434
- Location: Cheltenham
- Hours: 37 per week
Join our Licensing & Public Protection team and help keep Cheltenham safe, fair and thriving.
What you’ll do:
- Process and determine licensing applications
- Give clear advice to businesses, applicants and the public
- Support Licensing Committees and represent the council at meetings
- Keep accurate case records and ensure statutory deadlines are met
- Contribute to policy updates and community safety work
About you:
- Experience in licensing or public protection
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and with stakeholders
- Able to interpret policies and legislation
- Flexible, with occasional out of hours work
