What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain Segment and Local Operating Procedures aligned with Sodexo Regional Fire Safety Standards.
- Create and implement a plan for regular site visits, providing reports and assurance on technical fire safety compliance.
- Ensure all sites adopt a standard evidencing compliance process within the Sodexo CAFM system.
- Guarantee that all work at sites is completed appropriately, competently, on time, with proper evidence, and remove unnecessary work.
- Collaborate with site leads to deliver a robust compliance assurance process.
- Lead the Health and Care Fire Safety professional family working group.
- Promote continuous improvement in site teams' behaviour regarding evidence based compliance.
- Train and develop site teams on statutory and technical compliance, aligning with the regional and segment Technical Services Framework.
