We’re looking for an Entry-Level Graphic Designer who will support the creation of high-quality visual content across digital, print, and video channels. You’ll help bring our brand to life through engaging and consistent design, contributing to campaigns and day-to-day creative output. What you’ll do

  • Creative Delivery
    • Produce creative concepts and final, customer-ready design assets across digital, print, and social media
    • Create and edit visual content including graphics, layouts, and basic video assets
    • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
    • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
  • Creative Input & Development
    • Contribute ideas and creative solutions where appropriate
    • Continue developing your design and technical skills through learning opportunities
  • Collaboration & Team Support
    • Work closely with the design team and wider stakeholders to deliver projects to brief
    • Take on feedback constructively and apply it to improve creative output
    • Support team members on ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Organisation & Workflow
    • Manage your own workload with guidance from senior team members
    • Ensure deadlines are met and briefs are followed accurately
    • Maintain well-organised files and project assets

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong interest in graphic design (academic or commercial work)
  • Understanding of design and brand principles (layout, typography, colour)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Canva
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Desirable (Nice to Have)
    • Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Awareness of UX/UI design principles
    • Exposure to creating assets for digital campaigns and social media
    • Interest in emerging tools such as AI-assisted design (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney)
