About the IEA

We are seeking a highly organised and ambitious fundraiser to provide campaign and event administrative support to the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for classical liberal ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the IEA’s leadership in all income generation activities and campaigns.
- Conduct due diligence on prospects and uphold our donor protocols.
- Develop briefings for key meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of donor engagements in our database system.
- Coordinate donor correspondence according to an annual giving schedule.
- Work with our accountants to process invoices and receipts.
- Assist with event logistics and general administrative tasks.
Person Specification
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good service ethos, and ability to project confidence with integrity.
- Can do attitude and willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sympathetic to the IEA’s mission.
- Experience in fundraising, membership, or non‑profit administration (e.g. CRM).
- Experience with event promotion, planning and support for delivery.
- Experience with common office software, intranet, finance, and social tools.
