Hours: Full-time
Location: Hybrid working with home-based flexibility. Travel to 116 Pall Mall, London, and regional events across the UK will typically be required. We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK, provided they can travel as required.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the complete event journey from concept to delivery. Working with senior business leaders, you'll create experiences that truly matter.
- Lead planning and delivery of regional face-to-face events across the UK
- Manage content development, venue sourcing, supplier relationships, sponsorship and speaker coordination
- Work with Relationship Managers to develop programmes aligned to member interests
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing events and contribute fresh ideas
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to maximise attendance through effective campaigns
- Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and financial tracking
- Build understanding of IoD's services to enhance member engagement
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
- At least three years managing end-to-end event programmes, focusing on in-person events
- Experience working with senior business leaders, speakers, sponsors and suppliers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering events in membership, customer-focused or professional services environments
- Comfortable with monthly travel to London and regional events across the UK
