Role Overview

  • Salary: £30,000
  • Hours: 35 hours – flexible home and office (18-month fixed term contract)
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Reporting to: Business Development Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Financial and Client Support
    • Lead and coordinate all new supplier and procurement requests for open sales
    • Raise and manage credit notes for open sales
    • Facilitate payments over the phone and provide payment links as requested
    • Collaborate with finance team and delegates to resolve payment or invoice discrepancies
  • Client Delivery Support
    • Act as point of contact for client delivery team, addressing requests efficiently
    • Liaise with client delivery team to expedite missing delegate communications
  • Inbox Management
    • Manage developing inbox, responding to all non-lead related emails with timely follow-up
    • Design quarterly reporting system and detailed analysis for inbox management
  • General Administrative Support
    • Update and maintain client records to ensure data accuracy
    • Assist commercial team with document preparation and administrative tasks
    • Provide events support for professional development events and webinars
    • Update marketing collateral and booking forms to reflect schedule and pricing changes
  • Marketing Analysis
    • Review course bookings and source of business, coordinating results to relevant teams
    • Build mechanisms to improve course and delegate analysis and profiling
    • Complete monthly marketing follow-ups from delegate feedback forms

  • Experience
    • Experience working within a commercial environment delivering against targets and budgets
    • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and clients
    • Understanding of Personal Development membership and offer programmes

    • Excellent communication skills with ability to apply tact, diplomacy and assertiveness at all levels

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Dynamics 365)
