Job Overview
The Programme Administration Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Programme Administration team, ensuring high‑quality support for students, academic staff, and stakeholders. The role provides visible and effective administrative coordination across programmes and modules, contributing to an excellent student experience and smooth academic operations. You will oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of the team, ensuring processes are efficient, records are accurate, and communications are clear.
