The role is a hybrid of a traditional contact centre role where call volumes can be high, balanced with account management where relationships need to be nurtured and developed. This includes calling leads/accounts or interacting with them through video conferencing. Supporting and organising campus-based activities, i.e. tours and recruitment events will also be required.
