We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Creator to bring fresh, contemporary and high-quality visual ideas to the AD Education UK Marketing and Events team. This role primarily focuses on the SAE UK brand. As AD Education UK’s Digital Content Creator (Video & Creative), you will primarily work on the SAE brand, playing a key role in producing video-first content, supported by photography and graphics, that strengthens the brand and attracts younger audiences including Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Manager for SAE, you will create highly engaging, fast-paced visual content designed to capture attention within seconds and showcase the authentic, hands-on creative experience that SAE offers. Working to clear briefs provided by the UK Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer, you will bring campaign and content ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
A core part of this role involves capturing content across SAE’s UK campuses to represent the full breadth of SAE’s creative disciplines, including Audio Production, Audio Software Engineering, Content Creation, Creative Computing & AI, Film Production, Game Art & Animation, Game Design, Game and Interactive Audio, Games Programming, Music Business, Visual Effects & Animation and Web Development.
Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, proactive planning, strong relationship-building, confidence engaging with students and staff, and a willingness to travel regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Content Production (Video, Photography & Graphics)
- Lead on creating high-quality video content, from short-form to longer-format pieces, including community stories, interviews, course explainers and campus features, all aligned to our content pillars and customer journey.
- Produce supporting graphics and supporting visuals, including thumbnails, text overlays, social graphics, highlight slides and simple layouts.
- Edit all content to a high standard using the likes of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, PhotoShop, CapCut or Canva.
- Repurpose existing footage and student-created content into engaging short-form pieces.
- Capture high-quality photography including portraits, student work, campus activity, events and lifestyle imagery, when required.
- Support visual content for websites, CRM/email campaigns, digital advertising and events.
- Ensure all content aligns with SAE’s brand identity, creative direction and recruitment objectives.
- Support occasional content requests for ICMP, ensuring SAE workload remains the primary focus.
- Work from detailed briefs provided by the UK Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer.
- Bring ideas and campaigns to life through creative execution and visual storytelling.
- Contribute creative suggestions that enhance the brief while remaining aligned with strategy.
- Collaborate with the UK Marketing Manager to develop your skills and creative impact over time.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand content that meets deadlines and project expectations.
- Plan shoots including scheduling, logistics, equipment preparation and coordination with campuses.
- Maintain an organised, structured workflow across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, safe, charged and ready for use.
- Organise, label and archive all footage, photography and project files consistently within the media library.
- Build strong working relationships with staff and students across SAE campuses.
- Confidently engage with students, academics and campus staff to capture authentic content.
- Be proactive in identifying content opportunities across workshops, classes, events and project showcases.
- Travel regularly to campuses nationwide as part of planned content capture.
- Produce or support content for internal communications, animated explainers, staff interviews and presentations.
- Assist with pre-recorded content creation for virtual events, webinars and online sessions when required.
