We are hiring a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of small but high-impact commercial projects within a fast-paced change and delivery function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in shaping business needs and translating them into actionable, value-led requirements.
What Is the Project About?
The role focuses on enabling business change across commercial areas such as pricing, partnerships, or sales by gathering, structuring, and managing business requirements. You will operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, helping ensure clarity, traceability, and practical delivery through collaborative engagement with stakeholders.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Leading workshops to define and scope business challenges
- Documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
- Creating Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria using Jira and Confluence
- Supporting Agile ceremonies and Waterfall governance as needed
- Conducting impact assessments and benefit analysis
- Acting as a liaison between business and delivery/technical teams
