A pivotal role in driving People change, the People Change Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful scoping, planning, prioritisation and delivery of People change initiatives at easyJet. While effectively managing key stakeholder relationships, they will align change initiatives with our People strategy, oversee the efficient execution of People change programmes, manage resources efficiently and mitigate risks to ensure the successful implementation of People change activity, while also fostering a culture of adaptation, providing support, and facilitating smooth transitions for colleagues.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of detailed plans for People change initiatives within the scope of the People strategy.
- Initiate the creation of comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and milestone identification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria and ensure strategic alignment across the People function.
- Develop clear and adaptable change management strategies outlining approaches to communication, change and adoption, training and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the execution of plans, ensuring alignment with the People strategy, continual assessment and refinement of plans based on feedback / evolving requirements, focus on effective change implementation and successful project outcomes.
- Ensure robust programme documentation is in place (e.g. business case, PID, delivery plans, QRAID, status updates, etc).
- Manage, track, report and maintain end-to-end change plans with clear roles, responsibilities, outcomes, budget and timelines.
- Co-ordinate and chair all project boards and steerco meetings.
- Ensure effective participation in robust People Change governance, including identification and management of all risks, issues and scope changes.
- Report and escalate risks and issues through the relevant channels.
- Provide support in the delivery of key actions across the change programme workstreams as needed.
