Overview
Digital Content Specialist - 6 Months Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- CMS Content Build & Delivery: Build, update, and publish digital content within Sitecore (training provided if necessary). Deliver content modules, landing pages, image updates, and asset uploads. Carry out light copywriting or content refinement as needed. Implement updates to legal, compliance, or regulatory text.
- Workflow & Governance: Manage your own pipeline of content tasks across 3-4 concurrent workstreams. Ensure appropriate approvals and reviews are completed prior to content being published. Maintain strong content structure, consistency, and accuracy.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the digital team and programme leads to understand content requirements. Support B2C content updates (primary focus) and select B2B requests. Assist in managing translation workflows across multiple markets (no language skills required).
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a digital, content, or eCommerce team.
- Strong CMS experience - Sitecore preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident building structured content and navigating complex CMS environments.
- Some experience with copywriting, content editing, or UX-aligned content improvement.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage fast, shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing digital environments.
