Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and ticket systems
- Assist customers with mobile plans, billing queries, upgrades, device troubleshooting, and account management
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Clearly explain mobile products, tariffs, data usage, roaming, and network services
- Identify opportunities to retain customers and promote relevant products or services where appropriate
- Accurately update customer records and document interactions using internal systems
