You\’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating with talented teams and strategic partners to bring ideas to life. If you\’re passionate about driving change, solving complex problems, and delivering real value then this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the projects (Partner Led or In-house) and engaging the respective HQ Businesses
  • Publish and implement Quarterly business review with Partners
  • Proactive review of projects on a weekly basis and be able to anticipate potential trouble and prevent it.
  • Identify compliance and 100% adherence to contract through quarterly audits to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and third party suppliers.
  • People supply chain: Plan for people supply chain and identify key positions on proactive basis. Work with others in the PMO team to improve project delivery techniques and project documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in the eCommerce/retail space.
  • Experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design.
  • Project management/Vendor Management experience with good knowledge in QMS systems.
  • Exposure to Tools like JIRA is preferred.
  • Ability to drive innovation within the team
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively as part of cross-functional and distributed team. Experience in working with virtual team, is preferred.
  • Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues and solutions.
  • Excellent Communicational skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, Facilitation, influencing) including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.
