About the Role
The client is looking for a Network Services Analyst to join their IT Network Platform team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of the network across retail locations, corporate offices, supply chains, and data centres. You will act as the first line of escalation for network-related incidents and events, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues using tools such as Meraki Dashboards and other network observability platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, identify, and resolve network availability and performance issues.
- Review change requests to identify and escalate potential risks to the network.
- Provide change management, cutover, and early-life support for business and portfolio requests.
- Collaborate with the Network Leadership Team, regional teams, network service partners, and IT operations functions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during major incidents.
- Work closely with third-party partners to deliver a safe, resilient, and robust network platform.
- Continuously review industry trends and test new concepts and technologies to drive ongoing improvement.
