We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our client's Systems Integration team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating delivery across multiple technology initiatives, ensuring the right people and skills are aligned to the right projects, and driving seamless outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery across the Systems Integration function, managing priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Understand team skill sets and ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects.
- Support and enable crossâfunctional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Manage small projects or workâstreams as required.
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and outcomes are aligned with organisational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, ideally with a background in systems integration, including strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data flows, and crossâplatform connectivity.
- Solid understanding of systems integration project delivery and the skill sets required for success.
- Excellent people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
- Ability to balance delivery oversight with supporting and motivating the team.
- Willingness to travel onâsite up to 1 day per week (Fareham).
