This is an exciting part-time (21 hours) opportunity to join our Technology & Operations division as an Assessment and Quality Specialist on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will play an important role in the successful delivery of high-quality digital assessments for ICAS students and firms.

Working closely with the Assessment Delivery Manager, Senior Assessment & Quality Specialist, Learning Team and digital colleagues, you’ll help ensure assessments are delivered smoothly, consistently and to the high standards expected by our students, ATOs and partners. You’ll be involved in supporting assessment delivery and results, maintaining strong quality controls, improving processes and helping shape a modern, reliable and customer-focused assessment experience. This is a role where accuracy, pace, collaboration and continuous improvement really matter.

You will have experience of Assessments and Assessments management ideally from within a professional, educational body. We’re looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and quality-focused, with an interest in assessment delivery, learning operations and customer experience. You’ll be confident working with processes that require accuracy and integrity, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable working with colleagues across different teams.

You’ll bring a positive, solutions-focused approach and be someone who enjoys asking questions, improving ways of working and supporting a smooth experience for students, firms and internal stakeholders.

You will also be well versed in working with assessment delivery platforms, Zen Desk and Microsoft Dynamics.

In particular, we’re looking for someone who can:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality digital assessments and results, ensuring processes are followed accurately and consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Assessment, Learning, Digital and external partners to keep activity on track.
  • Put students and firms at the heart of the assessment experience, helping to shape services that are reliable, responsive and easy to engage with.
  • Use strong attention to detail and sound judgement when supporting processes where integrity and confidentiality are essential.
  • Plan and prioritise effectively, remaining calm and resilient when working to strict deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive consistency and support scalable ways of working.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders, building effective working relationships across the business.
  • Use data, reporting and insight to support quality, improvement and decision-making.
