  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across O2C, P2P, R2R and reporting processes, including automation opportunities.
  • Oversee balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring aged items are understood, challenged and resolved.
  • Support audit delivery and ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Lead and develop a small team, creating clarity, pace and a "right first time" culture.

What you will need:

  • Qualified accountant (or equivalent relevant qualification) with strong financial reporting and control experience.
  • Proven experience working across international operations (multiple countries/currencies) and influencing stakeholders in different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong operational mindset-confident handling volume, prioritising, and keeping delivery on track to tight deadlines.
  • Shared services experience is highly advantageous, bringing a service‑led approach, strong query management and escalation discipline, and comfort working with standardised processes/SLAs.
  • Track record of improving processes and using technology/automation to make finance delivery more efficient and robust.

What you can expect from us:

We believe doing your best work starts with feeling supported both professionally and personally. That's why we offer a range of benefits designed to give you flexibility, security, and peace of mind:

  • A strong pension contribution from us of up to 9%
  • Private medical cover with AXA (where eligible), alongside a healthcare cash plan
  • Life assurance at 4x your salary
  • 24 - 27 days' holiday depending on length of service, plus Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell extra days
  • Hybrid working to help you find the right balance
  • Everyday savings through gym discounts, travel loans, and retail perks
  • Enhanced family leave, including up to 6 months on full pay
  • Ongoing wellbeing support, including access to CABA
  • A paid day each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to you

It's all part of creating an environment where you can thrive, in work and beyond. For a full overview of our benefits package please see below.
