Outdoor Learning Instructors at Lambourne End Centre deliver a range of adventure, environmental and farm activities as part of personal development programmes for young people, especially those at risk or struggling in traditional mainstream environments.

Post based on a 35 hour week with flexible working, including evenings and weekends. Subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

  • Proven interest in outdoor activities with a desire to work towards and attain nationally recognised qualifications and in-house assessments.
  • Interest in working with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Preferably a minimum of 2 NGB coaching qualifications in an adventure activity.
