Respect Collaboration Trust’s Junction 16 service is seeking an Outdoor Education Teaching Assistant to join the Alternative Provision team, primarily based in the Outdoor Education provision, to support pupils with a range of needs. You will work with teaching and specialist staff to help pupils develop confidence, resilience, teamwork and positive attitudes to learning, including outdoor activities such as bushcraft, navigation, mountain biking, climbing and paddle sports.
