Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) seeks an experienced Lead Outdoor Learning Instructor to deliver outcome-based learning programmes across our centres.
The role focuses on alternative learning provisions, personal and social development, and employability skills using the outdoors.
You will support staff, ensure health and safety, and review programmes to maximise learner benefits. Base at one centre with work across all SOLD sites in Surrey.
