Are you passionate about outdoor learning and making a real difference to the lives of children and young people? Youth Options is seeking an inspiring Outdoor Learning Leader to join our dedicated team, delivering engaging Forest School and outdoor learning programmes that support young people to build confidence, resilience, wellbeing and positive futures.
Working across our Outdoor Learning Centres and local school sites, you will plan and lead high-quality activities, support vulnerable and at-risk young people, and create safe, inclusive environments where every child can achieve their potential. You will work with groups, individuals and families, helping young people develop social and emotional skills, reconnect with learning, and engage positively with their communities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working with children and young people in outdoor settings
- A strong understanding of outdoor learning or Forest School principles
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding
