Apprentice Activity Instructor at Thriftwood Scout Campsite and Activity Centre
Are you ready to kickstart your career in the outdoors? Thriftwood are looking for enthusiastic Apprentices to join their team!
As an Apprentice Activity Instructor, you will:
- Deliver exciting land and water-based activities for participants aged 6 and up
- Lead everything from taster sessions to progressive courses
- Live and work on-site as part of a friendly team of apprentices and volunteers
- Be based at a woodland campsite and activity centre, surrounded by nature
- Enjoy the convenience of being close to local amenities and a National Rail line

On completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll be well-placed to take the next step in your outdoor career. Many Apprentices progress into seasonal instructor roles at Thriftwood, or move on to opportunities at other centres within Scouting or across the wider outdoor learning sector.
