About the role

As part of this exciting project, we are now seeking to appoint a Professional Skills Tutor (Full or fractional) with expertise in Computing and a particular interest in teaching network technologies (including CISCO Systems), systems architecture, cyber security, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science to undergraduate students. The post holder will play a vital role in the delivery of a suite of industry ready degrees, distance learning, and short courses. You’ll develop relationships with industry and use these to support curriculum development.

With a degree and experience of Data and Analytical science and Applied Computing Science in practice, you’ll be able to work to tight deadlines, working independently with minimum supervision and liaising closely with senior colleagues from our partners and key stakeholders.

Expected start date September 2026.
