Queen Margaret University is seeking a Helpdesk Adviser to join The Helpdesk, based in the Learning Resource Centre. You will be the first point of contact for Campus Services enquiries, including IT, the Library, Estates & Facilities and Accommodation, resolving issues at the first point of contact where possible.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work on a rota across full-time hours.
