Research and Knowledge Exchange Development Unit (RKEDU) supports the leadership, implementation and delivery of institutional strategic objectives relating to our growing portfolio of Research and Knowledge Exchange (KE), including Entrepreneurship.

This is a varied and dynamic role which will require excellent project co-ordination, analysis and prioritisation skills including supporting, and updating webpages, SharePoint and social media content. You will be competent in using all Microsoft packages, including Excel, to support a range of activities including data management, meeting and event organisation and project support and planning.

Proactive and demonstrating a high level of autonomy, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure, while demonstrating high attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible, you will enjoy juggling priorities and making things happen.

As one of our team, you will put all of this to good use as you provide high-level administrative support for the successful planning and delivery of an innovative University-wide portfolio of internal and external activities. You will thrive when working across multiple strands of work, including short-term tasks and medium-term project work involving a broad range of stakeholders.

Key to this role will be a willingness to learn, the ability to plan and prioritise work and achieve outcomes, and your collaborative approach.
