We are a rapidly growing UK distributor and service agent for innovative ophthalmic and aesthetic laser systems, working with leading global manufacturers and specialist clinical customers. Due to continued growth, we are creating a Sales & Marketing Executive role to support our sales team, strengthen customer engagement and help scale our commercial operations. This is a hands-on, varied role at the centre of the business, offering excellent exposure to B2B sales, marketing, events and customer lifecycle management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales & Commercial Support
    • Building and managing a long-term B2B sales pipeline (up to 5 years)
    • Proactively developing and progressing new sales leads
    • Coordinating with manufacturers (Principals) and end-user customers
  • Sales Director & Team Support
    • Managing the Sales Director's diary, meetings and priorities
    • Supporting the Sales Director and Area Sales Manager with sales cadence and follow-ups
    • Preparing reports, briefings and sales documentation
  • Events & Conferences
    • Coordinating attendance at industry events and exhibitions
    • Supporting conference and exhibition logistics
    • Assisting with Sales Director speaking engagements, including scheduling, preparation and follow-up
  • Service & Aftermarket Sales
    • Supporting the upsell of service and maintenance agreements as systems come off warranty
    • Helping develop automated, personalised service contract renewal processes
    • Working closely with the Service Team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
  • Marketing & Digital
    • Managing website content and B2B social media activity
    • Supporting the development of an online shop for service agreements and consumables
    • Improving customer engagement through AI and digital tools

Who This Role Is For
