We’re partnering with a globally recognised beverage group. With operations across multiple continents, they produce some of the world’s most iconic brands in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They continue to shape the industry with a focus on quality, sustainability, and cultural impact. As part of their ongoing investment in people and leadership, they are seeking experienced facilitators to deliver engaging development programmes for their international teams.

You’ll facilitate a series of engaging virtual leadership sessions for international teams, bringing people together to share insights and build skills in a collaborative setting. The role calls for a confident bilingual facilitator who can lead dynamic discussions in French while coordinating smoothly in English behind the scenes. You’ll guide groups of 15–20 participants through structured activities, manage breakout rooms, and create a safe, productive space for learning. Alongside facilitation, you’ll spend time getting familiar with the content and working closely with an internal company partner to ensure each session lands with impact.

Skillset required:

• Bilingual Facilitation: Fluent in French with strong English skills; confident switching between languages in delivery and coordination.

• Virtual Delivery Expertise: Skilled at running interactive sessions on MS Teams, including managing breakout rooms and group activities.

• Leadership Development Experience: Background in facilitating leadership or professional development programmes, ideally in global settings.

• Engagement Skills: Able to create an inclusive, energetic environment for groups of 15–20 participants.

• Preparation & Adaptability: Comfortable learning new content quickly and adapting delivery style to different audiences.

• Collaboration: Confident working alongside internal partners, incorporating their insights into sessions while leading facilitation.
