We’re working with an award-winning organisation that offer vocational qualifications across sectors such as adult care, early years, healthcare, and health & social care.

Role

They have a need for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about Early Years education, to help apprentices grow into confident leaders, through designing and delivering learning solutions.

Person

The successful person will have:

  • Experience delivering Early Years Apprenticeships programmes
  • A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in Early Years management
  • Must be a natural coach and motivator
