We\’re Hiring: Freelance Trainers – Financial Services | Aug-Oct 2025 | Hybrid | Inside IR35

I\’m currently recruiting for experienced Trainers to join a leading financial services organisation on a contract basis from August to October 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cultural change and compliance training initiatives across a well-established business.

The Role:

You\’ll deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions, focusing on regulatory compliance and cultural transformation. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you\’ll be responsible for delivering the client\’s learning curriculum to the highest standards across multiple UK locations.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: 18th August 2025.
  • End Date: 10th October 2025.
  • Day Rate: Competitive – Circa £300 per day (Inside IR35).
  • Full-time: 5 days per week.
  • Location: Hybrid – 4 days per week on-site at multiple branches in your local area (will be allocated a region, 1 day per week remote.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual training.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable delivering challenging messages with professionalism and resilience.
  • Background in financial services or professional services is a must.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
