Day rate contract, 2-3 days a week, running to the end of August. Remote with some on-site visits required.

Instinct is working with a long-standing client in the higher education space, a prestigious body which regularly places at the top of league tables. They are looking to modernise a number of their departments with automation tools to improve efficiency of processes, and as such need an experienced Microsoft Trainer/Instructional Designer to support staff with the knowledge and best practice of these tools.

The focus will be to:

  • Curate existing Microsoft resources
  • Create institution-specific learning resources
  • Develop sessions to promote awareness of key tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, and Copilot

Adaptability – Must be flexible as processes and topics evolve.

Content Curation / Creation – Ability to curate MS resources and organise LSE-specific processes (e.g., requesting SharePoint sites) into digestible training/demo formats. This includes showcasing real-use cases from other champions/departments within the institution and tailoring content from foundational to high-level based on audience needs.
