We are working with a learning agency that is looking for a Technical Project Manager with extensive knowledge within technological product and app development, specifically within AI. You will support the development of learning products and apps, managing the end-to-end innovation through to proof of concept.
The role is responsible for supporting the development of digital learning products. With a deep understanding of AI products, the role must define the scope, timeline, and resource requirements for technical projects, such as website and app development. In addition, the Technical Project Manager will work with the head of department to align strategic goals and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and user experience (UX) developers alike.
The Technical Project Manager will be able to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, drive experimentation, and monitor and document trends in technology to inform project decisions.
- Conduct end-to-end delivery of innovative digital products through to proof of concept.
- Define scope, timelines, and resource requirements for technical projects.
- Collaborate with UX designers and data specialists to oversee the integration of technologies into prototypes, ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and performance standards.
- Work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to prioritise projects and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and the internal team.
- Drive experimentation of new ideas and monitor technological trends to best inform practice and document learning for future best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks through projects and ensure proof of concepts meet quality benchmarks.
You will have:
- Vast knowledge and understanding of technological development and AI, with proven experience in technological project management.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UX and UI principles and data-driven design.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools and app development and familiarity with emerging technologies and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technological language to non-technological persons.
