This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step up into a role where you’ll own the end-to-end development of learning products, working closely with subject matter experts, clients, and internal teams.
The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of professional learning content, including online, face-to-face, and blended courses. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine project management, content development, and stakeholder coordination.
- Managing the full lifecycle of course and qualification development
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality content
- Reviewing and editing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives
- Overseeing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects
- Supporting the development of assessments (e.g. exams, assignments, question writing)
- Working with marketing teams on course launches and positioning
- Collaborating with design and learning technology teams to produce engaging formats
- Supporting client delivery and ensuring a high-quality learner experience
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You might currently be a Project Coordinator, Learning Coordinator, or similar, looking to take the next step.
