Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with clients to understand their strategic needs and craft tailored learning solutions.
- Designing blended learning material including (but not limited to) eLearning, workshops, simulations, infographics, and videos.
- Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging learning content.
- Contributing to the development of new business proposals, ideating and communicating creative, innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Strong instructional design skills and a deep understanding of adult learning theory.
- Previous experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, or medical communications/scientific education landscape OR a BSc degree or higher in a relevant scientific field, such as Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related discipline. A higher degree (MSc, PhD) would be highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, SMEs, and internal teams.
