This is a hands-on Systems Training Design role focused on creating walkthroughs for digital tools, particularly AI-powered workplace technologies. You will design and build learning experiences like videos, demos, and webinars that help users understand how to apply tools such as AI assistants, automation platforms, and productivity software in real-world contexts. Sitting at the intersection of training design, systems thinking, and user experience, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex tools into simple, intuitive learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create training for systems, software tools, and AI platforms
- Create realistic, scenario-based learning aligned to workplace use cases
