The Role
You’ll play a key role in bringing digital learning to life — combining visual design and content skills to create engaging, high-quality learning assets. Working closely with learning designers and consultants, you’ll transform storyboards into interactive modules, develop eye-catching visuals, and ensure everything aligns with brand and user experience standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing visually engaging digital learning content and assets
  • Creating animations, infographics, and supporting visual materials
  • Building eLearning modules from storyboards using authoring tools
  • Applying strong visual design principles (layout, typography, colour, imagery)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to simplify complex ideas through visuals
  • Sourcing and managing stock imagery
  • Supporting QA processes including proofreading and user testing
  • Ensuring consistency from concept through to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
  • Exposure to eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Synthesia) is a big plus
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools in a creative workflow
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • A strong creative eye and passion for design
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, especially in regulated environments
