We are working in partnership with a globally established, purpose-driven organisation to recruit a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a large professional learning platform used by colleagues internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with LMS experience who enjoys system administration, stakeholder support and improving user experience within a collaborative environment.
Reporting into the Platform Lead, you will support the effective day-to-day management and optimisation of the organisation’s learning management system. You will ensure the platform remains organised, accessible and engaging, supporting internal teams and maintaining system standards across content, users and reporting.
- Platform Administration & Optimisation
- Maintain platform architecture (groups, communities, learning journeys, tagging and content organisation)
- Manage user permissions and governance processes
- Implement archiving and content lifecycle procedures
- Maintain platform standards and operating procedures
- Support minor UX/UI enhancements where required
- Stakeholder Support
- Respond to LMS queries and troubleshoot issues
- Provide guidance and onboarding support to internal users
- Support power users in maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with HR, IT and learning teams
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain dashboards and engagement reports
- Monitor usage data and identify trends
- Support periodic LMS reviews and continuous improvements
- Collaboration & Vendor Liaison
- Work with external platform providers where required
- Support system integrations alongside IT
We are looking for a technically confident LMS professional with strong organisational skills and a user-focused mindset.
- Essential:
- Proven experience administering an LMS (Docebo or similar)
- Strong understanding of platform structure and user management
- Experience producing engagement or usage reports
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Desirable:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience supporting system integrations
- Education or professional learning environment experience
- Awareness of accessibility or inclusive design standards
