We’re partnering with one of our clients who has a global presence in the legal world, headquartered in the U.S. With a growing number of Mac users across the business, they’re looking for an experienced MacOS Trainer to deliver Apple-certified training to their IT support team.

Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact technical training programme, helping a global organisation transition to stronger MacOS support across their teams. You’ll deliver a week-long virtual training course designed to build internal capability and confidence in supporting MacOS 15 (Sequoia), including frontline IT troubleshooting and more advanced backend administration. Working closely with IT support teams and stakeholders, you’ll deliver interactive, structured sessions that align with Apple certification standards. With a confident, flexible delivery style and strong subject knowledge, you’ll play a key role in elevating Mac OS expertise across the business.

Skillset required:

  • MacOS Training Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering structured training on Mac systems, ideally aligned to Apple certification standards (MacOS 15 Sequoia preferred).
  • Virtual Facilitation Skills: Confident in delivering engaging and effective training remotely, with the ability to manage group participation and tech-related challenges across time zones.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Mac operating systems, including user support, troubleshooting, and backend admin functionality.
  • Clear Communication: Able to break down technical information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring full knowledge transfer.
  • Certification Alignment: Experience designing or delivering Apple-certified content, or similar recognised qualifications in Mac support/training.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Able to collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring training content is relevant, timely, and impactful.
  • Flexibility & Professionalism: Willingness to deliver training during US time zones (3pm–Midnight UK) and tailor delivery style to suit learner needs.
  • Organisational Skills: Capable of planning and delivering a full training schedule independently, while managing follow-ups and supporting material as needed.
