They are now looking to bring an experienced Learning & Development Consultant into the team to help deliver tailored leadership and people development solutions for a growing portfolio of clients.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, bring fresh thinking to their development needs and deliver high-impact learning interventions that create meaningful behavioural change.
- Work directly with clients to diagnose learning and performance needs
- Identify opportunities to support the growth of existing client accounts

Experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Development or a consulting environment.
