Our client is a global organisation operating within the aviation industry, with offices worldwide. Over the past few years, the organisation has made significant investment into its digital learning capability, transforming Learning & Development into a key strategic function. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to help shape and expand their digital learning offering.

Joining the Learning team, you'll be responsible for designing engaging, interactive digital learning experiences that support employee onboarding and ongoing development across the global business. You'll play an integral role in creating high-quality learning that is visually engaging, interactive, and easy to navigate, helping employees build the knowledge required to succeed in a highly technical environment.

Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you'll help evolve the curriculum, introduce fresh ideas, and continuously improve the learner experience as the organisation continues to grow.

  • Design engaging eLearning using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create visually engaging, interactive learning that keeps learners engaged throughout mandatory training
  • Apply strong instructional design principles to create intuitive and effective learning experiences
  • Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Learning function

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Instructional Design or eLearning development
  • Strong experience using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio showcasing engaging, modern digital learning solutions
  • Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience delivering face-to-face training would also be beneficial.
