Company Instinct is working with a global professional services firm that works with senior executives at large corporations to solve complex strategic and operational challenges. The organisation supports a variety of in-person and virtual learning experiences to enable workforces across North America and Europe.

Role

They are looking for an LMS Administrator to come in on a year long contract to work with their LMS and LXP. You must have experience working with Workday and ideally have experience with Degreed. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees while supporting reporting, compliance, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the LMS (Workday Learning) including course setup, user management, assignments, and reporting.
  • Support and maintain integrations between LMS and LXP.
  • Manage content uploads (SCORM, AICC, xAPI), curricula, certifications, and compliance training.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to implement learning programs and system enhancements.
  • Generate and analyse learning reports and dashboards to support business insights and compliance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform QA analytics, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support user queries and provide training on LMS functionality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning processes and learner experience.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience administering Workday Learning.
  • Strong understanding of LMS functionality, reporting, and compliance management.
  • Experience managing content standards (SCORM/xAPI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Degreed.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and digital learning best practices.
  • Experience supporting global learning programs.
