Location: On-site in Central London – 0.5FTE across a 5 day week

We are working with an established higher education institution based in London, who are looking for a Learning Project Manager to appoint for a 7 month contract. This role is focused on the delivery and development of online learning projects, coordinating relevant stakeholders to ensure project momentum and timely delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who has extensive experience in higher education and a good understanding of what constitutes high quality learning content, but with a strong commercial acumen to liaise with relevant commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of blended and online learning development projects
  • Coordinate academics, SMEs, learning designers, media teams and programme stakeholders
  • Lead stand-ups, delivery meetings and project communications
  • Track actions, risks, dependencies, timelines and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate video production scheduling and content delivery activity
  • Maintain project documentation, Kanban boards, trackers and reporting updates
  • Work closely with the Programme Lead on priorities, planning and delivery coordination
  • Ensure delivery quality, stakeholder alignment and project momentum are maintained
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues and provide practical solutions
  • Confidently challenge and influence stakeholders where required in a professional manner

Required Experience:

  • Significant project management experience supporting online learning, digital education or learning intervention delivery
  • Strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality online learning experiences
  • Experience working across Higher Education and/or corporate learning environments
  • Experience coordinating complex stakeholder groups including academics and senior SMEs
  • Strong operational delivery capability with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proactive, solutions-focused and organised approach
