We’re supporting a specialist digital learning provider delivering large-scale technical training and AI capability programmes. They are currently building a new AI-assisted software engineering learning programme focused on Claude Code and are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert to help design and shape the content.
This is a highly practical, hands-on learning programme aimed at intermediate to advanced software engineers, platform engineers, application developers, and AI-assisted developers. The focus is on helping engineers embed Claude Code into real-world development workflows, improving productivity and engineering quality across the full software development lifecycle. This includes:
- Planning and architectural design
- Coding and AI-assisted development
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Refactoring and optimisation
- Testing and quality assurance
- Documentation and code review
The SME Requirement
- Hold the CCA-F (Claude Certified Architect – Foundations) certification or another relevant Anthropic certification (essential)
- Have a strong software engineering background (Senior, Staff, Principal level or equivalent)
- Have hands-on, real-world experience using Claude Code in production or enterprise environments
- Have experience translating technical expertise into structured learning content, workshops, or enablement programmes
