Required Experience

  • Strong Learning Design experience with a focus on video-based learning content
  • Ability to review draft modules and identify content suitable for video transformation
  • Proven experience in scripting and storyboarding for video learning
  • Hands-on experience creating end-to-end video content (screencasts, talking head, narrative/explainer)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere / Adobe Creative Suite for video production
  • Ability to produce high volumes of video content at pace
  • Strong understanding of designing specifically for video as a learning medium
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Awareness of AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia) advantageous but not essential
