Instinct is working with a prominent, commercial education body in London who are the leading supplier of global education programmes within their field of specialism. Aside from equipping professionals with the qualifications they need to excel further in their careers, they also act as a point of consultancy for other organisations working in this space as well as setting the standard for the industry as a whole. Their team is currently expanding, and they are now on the lookout for a Learning Technologist to join and assist in leading the organisations learning management system (LMS) to enhance and maintain an excellent learning experience for all members.

As a Learning Technologist, you would be responsible for managing the organisations LMS; including supporting users, troubleshooting technical issues, configuring the system and acting as a point of customer support for any queries. There will also be a need to support users taking exams and updating new content elements, ensuring all their content is up to date and fully accessible. Aside from this, you would lead in the administration of and response to general website queries, maintaining the website, administrating the CRM, and managing the overall learner inbox. There will also be an opportunity to take on the management of a portfolio of qualifications, becoming the key person of contact for a number of industry leading programmes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Understanding of how an LMS integrates with CMS, and website platforms.
  • Experience in creating and uploading content, quizzes, and other learning materials on an LMS.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the capability to manage registrations/enrolments, tutor/marker coordination, and general learner administration and communication.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong communication and training skills to support team members in using LMS and digital tools.
  • Interest in digital learning and e-learning development.
